Press Release: New Blood on the Forma Futura Board of Directors
Forma Futura is planning a generational transition on its board of directors.
At the Annual General Meeting of Forma Futura Invest AG on April 16, 2026, the Board of Directors will propose three new members for election. Manuel Eppert, Prof. Dr. Elimar Frank, and Kurt Hunziker will further strengthen the Board of Directors with their expertise. At the same time, Board members Gerardo Grasso, a member since 2013 and Chairman since 2023, Monique Bär, and Anton Gunzinger, both members of the Board since 2006, will be stepping down. The remaining members of the Board of Directors will stand for reelection. In addition, the Board of Directors has nominated Dr. Gianina Viglino-Caviezel, a member of the Board of Directors since 2021, for the position of Chair.
