What is the composition of your portfolio?
Our portfolio managers put together your portfolio from our sustainable investment universe. To ensure the greatest possible transparency, low costs and consistent implementation of your sustainable investment goals, we mainly use direct investments such as equities and bonds. Occasionally, sustainable third-party funds may also be used. These have also undergone our multi-stage selection process. The quality companies in our investment universe have an excellent financial performance, offer sustainable products and services and have important competitive advantages.
Our experienced portfolio managers actively manage your portfolio - which means it differs significantly from passive investment solutions. Whether securities are bought or sold is based on an analysis of fundamental, market-based/technical, strategic and external factors.

How do we monitor the investments?
We monitor your portfolio closely. We also follow developments on the financial markets and in the economy very closely. As an asset management company with a long-term focus, we also take advantage of short-term market developments to either realize profits or take advantage of buying opportunities in quality stocks.
We also keep a close eye on the companies in which we invest in terms of sustainability. Our sustainability research checks all negative reports on the business activities of our portfolio companies (controversies) on a weekly basis. If necessary, a company dialog is initiated to find out more about the matter. The assessment of the controversy may result in a deduction of points in the sustainability rating and ultimately even lead to the exclusion of the company from the Forma Futura investment universe.
How do we shape the dialog with portfolio companies?
The corporate dialog is a central instrument of our sustainability work. In it, we ask companies about their commitment to sustainability, carry out in-depth analyses and thus raise awareness of responsible action.
